The OCNLR Level 1 Award in Preparing to Work in Schools is designed to introduce key concepts for those new to working in a school or learning environment in a non-teaching capacity. It is ideal for individuals considering a career in schools, as well as those who have recently started supporting children and young people in an educational setting.
This course provides a strong foundation for understanding school environments, safeguarding responsibilities, and how to effectively communicate and support students.
