In today’s diverse world, individuals with disabilities encounter more and more challenges, which may also be the case in your workplace.
Accessibility involves recognising and understanding these challenges to contribute to a more inclusive and accepting work environment.
Understanding access in your workplace and what you can personally do will reduce discrimination, misconceptions, and much more!
Who benefits from an accessible workplace?
Your entire workforce! Any disabled staff working there will feel understood and more comfortable in their workplace, which will extend to their working mindset and create a higher sense of inclusivity and community. Managers will understand if people need reasonable adjustments, and employers will gain a broader understanding of becoming disability-confident and striving for equality.
This course is ideal for employees, management, employers, and business owners.
This course is bespoke, so it can be tailored to the specific needs of your workplace.
