Working from home has become increasingly common across many industries. While home working can offer flexibility and improved work-life balance, it can also introduce health and safety risks if workstations are not set up correctly.
This course provides essential guidance on the safe use of Display Screen Equipment (DSE) when working remotely. It explains how to create a safe and comfortable home working environment, reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders, and maintain good posture while using computers and digital devices.
The training is designed in accordance with the Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992 (as amended) and follows guidance from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
Learners will gain practical knowledge on workstation setup, posture, lighting, breaks, and managing wellbeing when working from home.
